Ghostly Double π΅π¬
Improvising normally has a feedback loop where you listen to the sound, react, and shape it moving forward. However, when you improvise with live reverb and delay (echo), it changes the loop because you're listening not just to the instrument you're playing but also its past. I found myself naturally drawn to different ideas based on the sound: stretching out time more, using sparser textures, and living inside the sound more.
